Start with the essentials: Bandages, gauze, tape, antiseptic wipes, antibiotic ointment, gloves, scissors, tweezers, thermometer, pain relievers, antihistamines, burn gel, cold pack, emergency blanket, tourniquet, trauma pads, flashlight, and personal medications.
